Borte mit Blütenranken nach einer Vorlage aus dem 12./13. Jhd.

Eine Musteranleitung, die ich selbst schon mehrfach gewebt habe, habe ich jetzt bei Etsy veröffentlicht.
Sie ist inspiriert von einer Palermoer Borte aus dem 12./13. Jhd. Diese war in einem Buch als brettchengewebt deklariert, aber als ich vor einigen Monaten gute Bilder vom Original in der Hand hielt, musste ich feststellen, dass es nicht brettchengewebt war. 

Das Muster und die Technik ist trotzdem für das 12./13. Jahrhundert geeignet.
Die Anleitung ist für 39 Brettchen und 570 Zeilen lang. Das Heft selbst ist 20 Seiten lang, davon 10 Seiten mit Anleitung 

I have now published a pattern guide that I have woven several times myself on Etsy.
It is inspired by a Palermo border from the 12th/13th century. This was described in a book as being tablet-woven, but when I got my hands on some good pictures of the original a few months ago, I realised that it was not tablet-woven. Nevertheless, the pattern and technique are suitable for the 12th/13th century. 

 The pattern is for 39 tablets and 570 lines. The booklet is 20 pages long.
